Question 2004 Concorde 2.7 V6 - Almost bought!!

Hey guys,
I am..or just about..pulled the trigger and bought a 2004 Concorde with a 2.7 V6 engine, has just over 60,000 KMs. After doing some research, I see the 2.7 is very known of sludge issues and engines dying. What I can't find are the years affected. I see posts on some of the older models, but nothing for 2004. Is the 2004 affected?

Thanks in advance!! Will be getting this tomorrow..or was!!

The 2.7L engine just sucks. It's just a bad engine. I would not pay money for a car with one. Same for the 3.5L, although some specially made aluminum parts and it could be good. Stick with the 3.3L and 3.8L.
