fumes!!!
When I start my sc1 there is a strong odor of gas that lasts for around 10 minutes. What could be the cause of this?

Look for leaking fuel injectors first.
Is there smoke coming from the tail pipe? If so, try the ECTS first. If it is the original kind, it's probably cracked. If it's cracked, or the wires or connections are corroded, the computer will tell the engine it needs more gas. It's around $15.00, and 10 minutes.
