Re: 2003 no headlights
check the dimmer switch. It may be out of adjustment, and not completely engaging the low beam side.

If switch replacement is necessary, must the steering wheel be removed? Must the airbag be disabled |

Re: 2003 no headlights
Thanks for all the feedback!
Fuse idea didn't work. Not sure either about the dimmer adjustment. Other parameters: -Turning on Brights seem to turn on the headlights, not the brights. -Headlights dont come on when setting alarm -DRL/turn and interior lights work fine -If lights manually turned on, chimes come on when removing keys ('hey, lights are on' warning) Any more ideas greatly appreciated. |

Re: 2003 no headlights
I agree with Rich. Sounds like a bad MFS switch (multifunction) with is a common problem for no low or high beams. What he means is due to wear it gets out of adjustment or the contacts fail to make but technically there is no adjustment per se. The MFS must be replaced. You do not need to remove the steering wheel.
With a DMM you can check for 12 volts at the respective low beam lamp socket. If missing back track to the MFS.
