Sr20det headgasket help please

I have a 1992 sr20det and my head gaster went out.. and im wondering what the 'Torque Specs' For the head? do they have to be torqued to yield?

Does anyone know if the headbolts in the sr20det blacktop (s14) the same as the redtop (s13)??
