temp idel falure

98 passport 133K Tuned up, egr replace and cleaned, intake cleaned with sea foam as per recommendation incuding map.
Its only a week since I put my truck back on the road. And im back at the forum. Thank God for you guys. here is the latest

Truck run like new, power etc. You cant tell it the truck is ideling. So Yesterday while in two hour rush hour traffic. The truck starts to shack, idel became spuratic, It didnt hold idel and it stalled. Mean while a bad smell was coming from the exhaust. After a few mint. I restared the truck with what sounded like a misfire. Still would not hold idel. I was able to trottel with no problem. Idel was still bad. No Check engine lite. SO since I was stuck. I reset the computer by removing the batt. It started with a couple of burps but idel held. I drove it off the highway it was shacking with loss of power. I made to a gas station and decided to top it off. since my sending unit is bad. It topped off with seven gallons. Mean while while ideling it was up and down about 10 times before it settled and went back to normal. Lots of power, no shacking, no stalling like new. And I filled twice 89 octane. And dont tell me the intake gasket. Just kidding LOL
So should I worry???
