Trunk latch problem
Ok I have got the oddest problem. I have a 97 jetta gl with power locks. there is a switch on the dash that controls all of the locks including the trunk. Now, the switch works fine it locks all of the doors as it should. However when it locks the doors it UNLOCKS the trunk. When the doors are unlocked the trunk is LOCKED. the only way to lock the trunk is to unlock all of the doors with the switch then lock them manually. let me know if this makes since to anyone.
