2000 windstar code 1518 - any help?

Just got a 1518 obd code. Any help on a fix would be a great help.

If it was P 1518,
power control module to throttle actuator control module serial data circuit. Sounds like it could be in the computer.

To me it sounds like the Actuator.. Can you get the code to reset.?

Yes - but the engine light comes back on soon afterwards with he same code.
