Intercooler Plumbing

So I ordered a 2.5" plumbing set for my 93 Talon, which should be here in about a day or two. Last night i went out to the car to take a look at how its going to weave in there, and noticed that getting past the radiator seems to be pretty tricky. This isnt a problem I was just wondering if you guys new how hard or how much custom fabricating it takes to fit the plumbing in there

Was it a direct-fit piping set for it, or a universal? The direct ones almost always hook right up and work their way around, although I've heard of some problems where just some small mods are needed to get done. If it's universal, just find the best and shortest route you can. You'll find it all ok.

This might sound really stupid but i tried to contact the previous owner about this question unsuccessfully. So When I bought the car there was an intercooler mounted in front of the radiator but not hooked up. While running the plumbing for this intercooler, I realized that there was a smaller on in front of the passenger side front tire. Should this be removed or does it have nothing to do with the turbo?

thats the stock side mount. Yes you can remove it.

If you hook up the front mount intercooler, you will no longer need the small factory side mount intercooler.
