Airbrush Valve Problems
I have a badger 200 bottom feed airbrush, and the air no longer goes through the valve assembly, I was wondering if anyone knew what the problem was and if there is anything that I can do?
Thanks |

Re: Airbrush Valve Problems
something somewhere is probably clogged with dried paint?
have you stripped it down and cleaned it out thoroughly? Or maybe the trigger valve is jammed? Are you getting no air at all or just a weak stream?

![]() Realisticly the worst case scenerio is that you'll have to disassemble the trigger valve and replace the sticky component. The replacement part shouldn't be hard to come by.

Re: Airbrush Valve Problems
Hi, thanks for the help, the rubber had expanded and i had to use pliers to get in there, and then soaked in warm water, the airbrush now works fine. Cheers
