Need some help with 1998 Buick Century, any input appreciated.

Okay, I have had a vibration in my front end ever since I bought my car about 9 months ago and about a month ago I decided to fix whatever it was that was causing it, but I had no idea what it really was. First thing I did was get new tires and balance them, no luck. Then I had my Brother-in-law who used to be a mechanic take it for a drive and he said it would be either the right CV driveshaft (just replaced the left one) or the wheel bearing. But he was more certain it was the wheel bearing. So recently I decided to get a new Bearing/Hub assembly which cost $360 and installed that. Vibration still there. That un-needed repair kind of pissed me off but at least I think I am at the solution. I ordered a CV driveshaft and it will be in in a few days, before I go and get it though I would like to get anyone else's opinion on whether or not it could be something else. The vibration is a low rumble at in town speeds and a louder faster noise at highway speeds, getting really loud at 120 kms/hr. It disappears when the steering wheel is turned to the left at all and is at its worst if the steering wheel is slightly turned to the right. The noise us coming from the right front. I noticed a leak at the transaxle where the inner CV joint enters the transaxle as well, the area was wet but it wasn't dripping and since the fluid level hasn't dropped significantly since I last added fluid it must be a slow leak, maybe a seal? But that couldn't cause a vibration could it? Also, at a visual inspection the CV driveshaft looks ok, no boot issues. I am just wondering if it sounds like it must be the CV driveshaft and not a transaxle bearing or something like that before I go out and spend $130 on another possibly uneeded repair.
Thank you very much for any input at all.

I changed the right one, as that is where the noise/vibration sounds like it is coming from.

I dont think so, I'll listen next closely next time I drive but I haven't noticed anything like that. Of course I usually have music and the fan going so it would drown out any quiet noises. But if it was clicking or clunking what would that indicate?

That would indicate a bad CV axle, most likely the inner joint.

I noticed a slight clunk, not sure if its enough to mean a bad CV axle but I went and purchased a new CV axle today and I am going to install it this afternoon, I will come back and post the results! Thanks for all your help richtazz!

Okay, CV axle in, vibrations still there. I'm thinking it could be the other wheel bearing but it sounds like it is most definately coming from the right side.... this is extremely frustrating and is costing me alot of money for unneeded repairs!!! But the guy in the other 98 century thread has the exact same problem as me too, this is messed...
