hey i have a 98 civic ex and i was wondering were the D16A comes from i thought the 98 vtec had to come with the D16Y5

im pretty sure the vtec is the d16y8

well i was told that it might be the JDM motor but i notice it runs fasters than the D16Y8 and Y5
