Trailblazer Tail Lights
I own a 2003 Trailblazer and I've got a question about the tail lights.
There are three bulbs on each side, in each tail light assembly. The top two bulbs are behind the red panel, the bottom is behind the clear panel (reverse indicator light, obviously). When the parking lights or the headlights are on, the top bulb lights, but the second one down doesn't (either side). When the brakes are depressed, the top bulb (each side) lights with a higher intensity as it should, but the second one down again does not light at all (again, either side). I've replaced both bulbs (3157's) but they still won't light. I recall there was a recall when the vehicle was somewhat new, where the circuit board needed to be replaced for each tail light assembly. The fix was performed on this vehicle, but I don't recall if this was a problem then or not. Am I missing something or is there a problem now? Thanks. |

Re: Trailblazer Tail Lights
The middle light is for your directional. When you turn on your directional does it light them? There was a recall for the circuit boards for the tail lights. First check to see if they light up when you turn your directional on.
