changing transmission filter

planning on changing my transmission filter this weekend is it really hard to do? I have never done it before just kind of wondering incase it is too hard to do

What year, make, model? 2 door or 4 door? 4L60E or 700R4 transmission?

Nuttin' to it! Have a large drain pan handy though. About 16 or so bolts to drop the pan, and the filter pulls straight down. Make sure you replace the O ring on the filter neck, (comes with the filter and gasket kit).

Put the o ring off the filter neck in first then the filter will lock in it when you push it up in it.
