O2 Sensors

I have been having problems with a rough Idle when the engine is first started. Always maintained engine with oil and clean filter(K&N) new plugs installed 6-months ago. I am thinking that maybe the computer is not mixing fuel and air properly, so the O2 sensors need to be replaced.

Does anyone have another Idea of what It could be, and how to diagnose the issue? and Should I do the O2 sensors myself? I understand there are 4 sensors 2 on top and 2 on bottom, could one go wrong and not the others causing this issue?

Thanks,
Jeff

Re: O2 Sensors

Jeff, Here's my two cents on the issue. Before replacing the O2 sensors, I would clean the MAF sensor, because more then likely your oil filled K&N filter gummed it up.

Re: O2 Sensors

If your O2 sensor(s) are bad, you should be receiving a "Check Engine" light. Cleaning the MAF is a lot cheaper than an O2 sensor, easier also. Good Luck!
