97 Ford F250 7.3L run rough on the rear tank

I have a 97 Ford F250 7.3L diesel that runs rough when I'm pulling fuel from the rear tank. When I switch to the front tank the engine smooths out and run's fine. I filled both tanks at the same time from the same fuel station. Any ideas as to what is wrong?

You might have something like water in that tank or maybe a air leak and you are getting air bubbles.
