Post 1997 bravada steering

anyone has trouble with the steering being hard to turn. is there a place to set the pressure are make an ajustment so the steering is not so hard to turn.

Without seeing, it is difficult to diagnose over the internet. However, there might be a PSPS (power steering pressure switch) on this vehicle, I do not know. This switch, if bad, will make it harder to turn and make for a less fluid/jumpy turning capability. Have you had the vehicle scanned for codes? This would be a wise course of action to see if there are any codes pertaining to the above. Most parts stores will scan your vehicle for free, in hopes of getting your business for the fix.

Also, the obvious would be to make sure the power steering system is full, functional and bled/purged of air. If you hear noise while turning then might be a good place to start.
