1999 3.1 Lumina T-stat replacement

Hello, I need to replace the T-stat on a 1999 3.1. I have searched. What is the procedure? I found the Autozone procedure but that is up to 95. Thank-you, Nick

The t-stat is mounted under the t-body on a 99 3.1. It's almost impossible to do without removing it.
