90 town car
What do I need to check if I get a code 96(secondary fuel pump circuit failure). It also has a code 23(tps out of range). Would these be related?

I had a problem with a tps sensor on my 86 T-Bird. The engine kept reving up on it's own while in drive at idle. Car was ok to drive, but had to shift in to neutral at red lights to keep engine rpms down. What is you car doing?
