2000 Grand Am Late Warning Lights
Warning Lights don't come on until car is started, sometimes Service Vehicle Soon comes on after the others go out. Both are intermittent. Sometimes but not always during failure, the DLR lights stay off.

Pull your trouble codes and see what the computer doesn't like.

Re: 2000 Grand Am Late Warning Lights
I was hoping for suggestions before going to the dealer and spending $80 just to get body codes read for the Service Vehicle Soon on. The SVS is not the same as SES, I have both indicaters. Only one comes on intermittently and goes away with the next start, if the problem doesn't show up.

Re: 2000 Grand Am Late Warning Lights
Thanks for your input. Autoparts stores can't pull body codes from Service Vehicle Soon light, only engine related codes from the Service Engine Soon light.
