Have someone push on the clutch pedal and watch the slave cylinder to see if it is releaseing or pushing on the clutch fingers.

Re: 95 ranger mt clutch problems

Ive not bled these clutch master cylinders, but they say they are hard to get all the air out of them on the ford ranger master clutch cylinder. I had my clutch job done by a mechanic and it took a second new clutch master cylinder and about a week until the clutch pedal worked really well it almost was at the floor when I first got it back from being worked on

Re: 95 ranger mt clutch problems

I had a bad time bleeding the clutch on my 94 ranger. I found a post some where that really helped. I had to unbolt the master cylinder from the firewall, and tilt the bottom of the master cylinder all the way up into the air. This allowed some trapped air to escape out of the resevior. worked like a champ after that.
