95 ranger mt clutch problems
just put in new engine old clutch worked fine put in new pp disc master cylinder no sign of leaking slave cylinder clutch is bled still will not go into any gear while running any suggestions answers i am stumped

Have someone push on the clutch pedal and watch the slave cylinder to see if it is releaseing or pushing on the clutch fingers.

Ive not bled these clutch master cylinders, but they say they are hard to get all the air out of them on the ford ranger master clutch cylinder. I had my clutch job done by a mechanic and it took a second new clutch master cylinder and about a week until the clutch pedal worked really well it almost was at the floor when I first got it back from being worked on

I had a bad time bleeding the clutch on my 94 ranger. I found a post some where that really helped. I had to unbolt the master cylinder from the firewall, and tilt the bottom of the master cylinder all the way up into the air. This allowed some trapped air to escape out of the resevior. worked like a champ after that.
