Cruise Control
On my cruise control there is a small thin plastic line running from it and its not hooked up.
Can anyone tell me where this goes, thnks in advanced

It sounds like the vacuum supply line for the cruise servo. Without vacuum, the cruise will not work. The line runs from the vacuum storage canister up to the servo.
