spark plugs??

hey guys, could anyone tell me the best spark plugs to use in my b18c engine? i hear anything but bosch but want to make sure. thanks for any help.

ok thanks. wat about the gap? i heard on an all motor set up it was good to run them hotter or something like that. i have itr pistons and the head is shaved. so would i use the factory gap setting or should i set it to something else. ?

thats where a bit of research comes in handy...i say use the ITR gap spec for starters, then as you do reseach.. adjust as needed
