99 ranger a/c only blowing through defroster

HELP my trucks a/c only blows from the defroster, but sometimes its ok. how to fix? any help will be appreciated.

Sounds like it is your mode door. Look for a vacuum hose cracked or off.

It is under the dash in the vent. About in the middle of the truck. It is a vacuum motor.

Before digging into the dash, you may want to closely look over the engine around the firewall. I have had this problem in more than one vehicle, and it was a vacuum hose that came disconnected. Good luck!
