Too Modified?

So after reading the rules for HC.. i realized my motor is "too modified" and doesnt fit in any class... (i bored out more than 1mm and dont have oem spec pistons) and also the motor is built for boost (which also isnt allowed) so my question is even if i bring the pistons back to stock spec... im still too bored out...

What are my options? stay with HPDE races and not compete in HC? or swap my motor out for a motor that falls within spec? are there any other classes i missed that i may fall into?

P.S. first post...

Re: Too Modified?

Post back from the dead. What did you end up doing? I'm currently trying out the TT group. Classed based solely on hp/weight.

Re: Too Modified?

Finished the build and went turbo. Never got into HC, couple local events, nothing big. The car made too much power to be streetable so i ended up selling it and building up an RX8. The rx8 and I ended up placing 3rd overall in our rookie year
