2002 SuperCrew Coolant Flush

I just purchased this truck and it is at the 100k mile mark. I am going to replace the spark plugs and service the tranny, but was wondering about the antifreeze. Is this the regular green stuff, or do I have to get the "premium" version that the shop manual calls for?
Thanks

Ford had problems with the green and went to the yellow. I think you should stick to the yellow.

Re: 2002 SuperCrew Coolant Flush

I think I will stick with the yellow color coolant after talking to the dealer. I have not really heard anything bad about it, and it sounds like it is much better than the mud that my 2000 Montana had in it before I did the intake gaskets.
The spark plugs were not quite as bad as I expected on this truck. Took the better part of 4 hours total, but she don't stutter on start up now.
