Programming Keyless Entry 02 Sunfire

I was hoping someone could post the procedure for programming a keyless remote for the 02 Sunfire. I just was given another keyless remote by a dealer friend, but he didn't know how to reprogram it.

I found no easy way out of this other than your local dealer or shop that has electronics to plug into your car. At that time, they will sync up as many remotes for the same cost.
