I have a 1990 Bronco 4x4 with a 302 EFI. I was having stalling poblems and was told it was the TFI and distibutor. The distibutor information was erronious.
After removing and replacing the old distibutor with new TFI module. The truck will not start. It is blowing fire out the exhaust. I did mark the distibutor as to the rotor location and another mark to put the distibutor in its former location. The motor was not turned over while the distibutor was out. I have tried rotating the distributor. Please help, I am about ready to make a bonfire of this vehicle.

Re: Won't start, blowing fire out exhaust.
Check to make sure the plug wires are on right.
