Front end

Would it be very hard to take the solid front end off a 85 or older Pickup or 4runner and put it on my 88 4runner?i have my C ticket and i know a decent amount about toyotas now haha, What do you guys think?

It's done all the time. There are plenty of conversion kits available, from basic brackets to full blown with springs and shocks. There's even a linked coil setup if you have the bucks. Check out All Pro, Marlin, Trail Gear, and Sky Mfg for starters.
