318 engine
i want to put a 318 in my 1990 dakota and want to know if it will bolt right up to the old motor mounts and tranny?
also anyone know any good sites for high performance parts for the 318. or even recemend what you would do to it. thanx

my freind put a 318 in the same year truck the tranny will mount right up but you will have to make some mounts for the motor jeggs and summit have lots of performance parts. And find a electric fan off a vehicle because the fans so it will fit in the motor make a annoying sound and the electric fan adds power but if you have any questions just ask. you might also have to move your trany back and cut the drive shaft at least he had to do that on his.
