what made you want to use dynamat over deampifler. also that is the first time i seen a crx that wasn't used for spl.

Your making some great progress, to tell you the truth i havent really seen to many CRX's with that much work done to them. I have seen a few SPL CRX's, but that will be sweet when its done.

Cant remember who posted it but if you see it give yourself credit Don't ever look at cars as just imports or domestics. Just because a car is made in a certain country doesn't mean that it is anything like another car from that country. An example of this is Mitsubishi reliability, just because they are Japanese doesn't mean that they are as reliable as a Honda or Toyota. Cardomain

crx's have awesome imaging out of the box, so I can use the EQ for tuning instead of trying to fix the soundstage.
Most SPL systems are not really good installs per se, it's mostly a box, amp(s) and large power wires. Since soft stuff absorbs sound, not much sense in making an SPL car look pretty. I don't know if you noticed the directon of the fans but they are designed as push-pull .... the ones on the left of the pics push air in and the ones on the right pull air out. I need forced airflow since the amps will be totally enclosed behind plexi. I haven't figured out yet how I will mount the plexi.

Paul what kinda of equipment are you going to be using, and like said before i think this is one of few crx's i have seen that are not for drag street class lol. Very nicely done

I just glued it straight on to the plastic ..... there is no "trunk" in a crx, so none of that trunk material.
I have the luxury of this being an extra car, I haven't driven it out of the driveway since t'giving of last year
