Tires

Its almost....well, past due for a new set of tires. I want to keep the same size thats on ther right now (I have no clue what that size is), and what I wanted to know is, whats the best tire to get for snow/rainy conditions? this is going on a 02 Impala

Nokian "Hakkapeliitta" are the best I've found for snow conditions. Tried a set of Blizzaks a couple of years ago but the Nokians are a better snow tire in my opinion.
