Replace Ignition Key Switch in 1989 F-150

Where can I find directions to replace the ignition switch for a 1989 F-150, or is it easy enough that someone could tell me how to do it?

Thank you for your help with this.

The key cylinder and the ignition switch are two different parts. Which one? You might want to get a manual(Haynes).

On the bottom of the column is a small hole. With key in switch and in on posistion put small screwdriver in hole to release lock cylinder but it will not work without the key.
