95 88 0lds runs rough

my car starts just fine but dies in a matter of sec. I can get to run by holding the gas peddle, and it seems to do fine at constant speed. It will jump and buck sometimes when I let off the gas, but I have the most problems at idleing. Motor shakes and almost shuts of but regains itself at norm temp.

Anything you guys can come up with would be a big help
