Question 96 gt NPI

Has anyone in here done a PI cam and/or PI intake swap on the NPI heads? I dont think i can convince my wife that i NEED pi heads so i can easily slide the cams and intake past her in a day. Is it worth the work?

Yeah its worth it without the heads. I cant remember how much the cams and intake do specifically but I do know that even just the intake gets decent hp.

Re: 96 gt NPI

well i went ahead and picked up a set of used 2001 cams for $90. We will see how she runs with those.. the PI intake kinda makes me nervous since it doesnt quite fit the NPI heads. I wish i had a friend that had access to a dyno to get a few baseline pulls before and after. Any other information on doing a cam swap would be greatly appreciated.
