Fog lamp fuse question!

hello all! I have a 2000 new beetle that i recently purchased, and the fog lamps dont work. First though, fuses. Lo and behold, no fuse card in the cover for the fuse box. grrrr. I have scoured the internet and did at one point find a pic of the card, now that website it down. Can anyone PLEASE PLEASE tell me the fuse postion, and also of the relay? I did read online there is also a relay fuse. Thank you so much for your help!!!!!

Fuse Identification

The fuse panel looks like this (hopefully after it's posted, the format remains)
The fog light fuse is number 36, center fuse, second from bottom. It should be 15 amps
