Heater box control cable

Some previous careless owner(really...it wasent me!) broke the heater box control LEVER at the point where the cable attaches to it. I can not find an exploded diagram for a part number or a replacement part. Can anyone direct me to where I can get parts diagrams and numbers.
I think it was broken removing the passenger side front carpet....It reaches up under the dash and kinda in that area so I would recommend being careful removing the carpet or mud linners so you don't find your selves in the same situation.
