96 Aurora fog light troubleshooting

1996 Aurora with headlights on i pree the fog light switch and they do not turn on, and the light by the fog light switch does not turn on. I checked all fuses and they seem good, highbeams are not on. I found the fo light relay under the hood front passenger side. I can here the relay click when the dash switch is pressed and I ohmed out the contacts and they are making a good connection. On the output pins that the relay plugs into niether one has 12 volts, I can jump 12 volts to one pin and the fog lights come on so I know I am good from there on. In a nutshell it seems the 12 volt supply to the relay switching contantcs is not there, the input and switching of the relay works fine. Any wiring diagrams or trouble shooting tips are greatly appreciated.
