91 Caravan No Dash Lights

I have a 91 Dodge Caravan. The Dash light does not work. All the guages and indicator lites appear to function properly. The Instrument Cluster, Turn Signal switch assembly and multifunction light switch have been replaced.
When the headlights are turned on highbeam or the parking lights are on the maintenance light comes on and both the turn signals indicators are partially lite. All the lights work properly. When I disconnect the passenger side turn signal lamps the maintenance light goes off and the bleed over into the turn signal indicators disappears. but the dash light still does not come on! I do not know where to go from here! Help!

All fuses check out OK! I see references to a body computer or module? Does anyone know where it is located?
