h22a 90 hatch si nitro?

one of my buddies was gonna sell me a nitrous kit, and even though it's already fast, i still cant hang with them b18 and b20 nitrous, i didnt wanna mess with nitrous cause i heard it'll jack up your motor, but my buddies run thier car every weekend w/ nitrous and their car still runs great up to date, so if thier motors can handle it, then my h22a should be able to take it too right? if i did, how many shots do you think would be fairly safe? Do you think 75 shots would be ok? lemme know what you think..... thanx

Make sure you upgrade your fuel and a 75 shot will be great for that engine. best thing to do would be to get a fpr, and up your fuel pressure a little bit. Find someone with a wideband O2 reader, and do some runs on the nitrous. If you are still getting lean, try and get some new injectcors, either aftermarket, or some DSM 450cc injectors, they fit with little modification. invest in a hondata nd a fuel pump. that way when you get it back on the wideband, you are fully tuneable and can get maximum performance from it. Make friends with someone with a stage 4 hondata and have them burn new maps for you, and then the mod is only around $400, as opposed to $1200, the injectors you can ususally pick up from someone who upgraded for rather cheap too.
