FastCavy>>>>>turboed 240sx

I have been wanting to race this turbo 240 for a while now. He had the 1.8 turbocharged Japanese? engine. I guess over there they're called 180sx instead... I dunno, but anyway We agreed from a second gear roll... We jumped on the highway and got ready. we ended up going from like 55 or 60mph to 105. (lol all my races end at 105 for some odd reason... He does the 3 honk and were off... Immediatly I start pulling on him and I continue to the whole way till I had about 5 cars on him give ir take one... I'm kinda bad at estimating unless it's bumper to bumper. So he wants to go again he said that was a bad spot for him, because he bogged down. OK, no problem.

Second race... I told him do what ever he whats and I'll just match his speed. so were goin about 48mph... terrible spot for me in second... but I give him the advantage. he does the 3 honk and gets a decent jump on me because at the last second I decided to put in in 2nd instead of 3rd. While I am downshifting he gains about half a car... maybe 3/4. As I shift into 3rd at 55 mph(yes, I said 55 lol) I don't make up much room. Through third I make up the lost ground and into 4th I continue to pull about 1or 2 cars on him.

It was a great race!!! We are all going to the track on wed. It should be interesting...

Another one bites the dust!!! The only car I've ever lost to with the turbo in is my buddy's LS1 Camaro. I am now officially a boost addict !

So he has a CA18DET?

Pretty cool, don't see those too often. Pretty rare.

Re: FastCavy>>>>>turboed 240sx

Man I love those Dr's. I just slip the clutch a little then go WOT. And if I do it right I can pull 1.9 60's all night.
