Compression Test

Howdy All, I was just wondering, what numbers should I be looking for when I do a compression test? I've got a 1995 5.7L with 265,400 miles on it. My test showed the cylinders from 150psi-165psi except #6, it was 145psi. I then did a wet test and I got a 5psi increase on all cylinders. Does anyone know what the standards are for an engine this old, or even a new one?

For the most part my engine runs very good considering the abuse/mileage on it, but there are some times where I know it struggles, mainly uphill on the Tejon Pass in Southern California.
