difference between gsx and gst

I know the gsx has AWD and gst has FWD. Is that it?

About how much faster is the gsx? Is it worth paying extra for it or could i just mod a gst to keep up? Also, what is a DSM? Im sure im gonna get burned for asking this stupid fucking question.

Also, i would like to get an automatic. Is it worth buying it if i get it auto? How much speed will i lose?

Dude, please use the right subforums. Another thing you should do is search before you ask a question, I guarantee that all of these have been covered.

Re: difference between gsx and gst

Well, the thread directly asked about the speed differences between cars and some other stuff. It sure isnt Interior/Exterior/Electronics related, but it has performance and general discussion elements. I woulda let it fly in either the Performace or main forum, but IMO the Performance is where it belongs.

but answering your question, an RS is the fastest Automatic trans car in the U.S.A. i would recomend you get one of those! it will be way more worth your time then a GST or GSX, hell if i wanted an auto trans, i would be all over those RS... Trust me man! just go out a buy one, and see for yourself!

Re: difference between gsx and gst

ha Some dude going to come in here and tell us his rs must be broken cause its real slow.

The gsx is awd and has a slittly lower gear ratio. It has bigger brakes on the front, but other than that they are pretty much the same. Go for the gsx if you are looking for performance.

I wouldn't mind purchasing a Laser RS. DSM=Diamond Star Motors. If you have questions try doing a google or yahoo search. Most of the time you will find your answers there.

Re: difference between gsx and gst

i own an GS 5-speed, its a really fun car, im sure a lot of people will disagree, but everyone i have ever met with a GST wishes they would of payed the extra and bought a GSX because they claim "there is too much power going to only two wheels." I personally cant tell you because i have only owned a GS, and only driven a GSX, never a GST... But i drove a 400hp to the wheels GSX and it was the most fun i have ever had driving a car, 30-70 in seconds..... way sweet!!!!! If you want to move in the turbo direction, i would say get a GSX, if you dont want to do that get an RS, they are pretty fast stock, and with a few improvements like a cold air intake and exhaust, ect... its a fun ride..... AND I WOULD GO 5-SPEED! WAY MORE FUN!!!!!!

Jesus guys grow up. This is what happens when you ask well covered questions, you are going to get some sarcasm.
