2000 Suburban Intermittent Electrical Probs

Around the 4th of July, my 2000 Suburban's power seats, lock/unlock buttons, and mirrors stopped working. The temp outside was 107. The next AM, everything was fine. Then intermittently, they would stop and start working...sometimes all within a 15 minute period....no pattern to it. The service dpt. at dealership, unhooked, then rehooked, the 3 harnesses (?) under driver's seat and everything started working again. However, it hasn't solved the problem. The times it starts working are getting farther and farther part. Any ideas?

From my '98 C/K manual. Your '00 may be different. The items you mentioned are powered off the 'hot batt buss" meaning the key does not have to be on to operate them. They run thru the "PWR-ACCY Circuit Breaker in the IP fuse block. If your '00 Sub has this C/B I would change it out and see what happens.
