help a girl out!!! 1992 Shadow ES - starting problem
Car ran great....parked for the night and when I came out the next day...it wouldn't start.
It was not a dead battery or bad connection at battery. Lights work fine. Car starts with clutch dump.... When listening to the motor and trying to start I hear nothing at all...no click no nothing. Help me out? What can I do to isolate the problem more....I dont have $$$ for a shop to do the work. HELP, Carole |

It could be your ignition switch, try holding the ignition, perhaps for a minute or two. I had the same problem with my 1984 Daytona.

:flash: Did you check for a bad starter relay on the driver's fender-well ??
(I think it should be a rectangular shaped silver unit) maybe faulty!! Also could be a loose wire going to the starter/or just the starter has seen it's days. :o Are the battery connections/cables good and clean ??? |
