info on parts...need help.
i need some infon about parts for the d16y8 or the sohc vtec. can you guys give me some AFTERMARKET PARTS FOR THIS ENGINE. PLEASE INCLUDE MANUFACTURER AND ESTIMATED WHP GAINS. i will be building an all motor 88 hatch with sohc vtec. HELP ME OUT. just need this info so i can get the best parts with the best gains for my car. any part is ok. from internals to exhaust. anything to make it faster. thanks.

yeah...a lot...
there's a lot out there that is why i am asking you guys. im kinda new to the honda scene. ive been used to the nissan area. so parts for a honda, i really wouldnt know which is the best because there's a lot of choices. sorry.
