new toys
well i got a few new additions to the 240 to get it atleast driveable lol. I got a test pipe, five zigen pro racer lug nuts (pretty f'ing light), and a set of skyline r32 rear brake setup(hub, calipers, lines, rotors). Its on the boat now. From the pictures it looked like it had project mu rotors on it too....atleast that would be sweet if it did. Now all i need is some tires and basically it will be atleast driveable. Should be fun to see how a full suspension, extremely weight reducted, stock powered 240, with a decent brake setup will handle lol. The tires i plan on getting are the falken rt615's. Those are decently sticky.

Re: new toys
nice!
I just installed my megan racing and AGX struts on the front today! The rears tomorrow.. what a pain in the keyster a spring compressor is on the front, too much shit to line up, hopefully the rears will be easier without the strut bearing etc... although I hear they are harder to take off... I took the front struts off in about 2 minutes once I had the car on the lift lol always fun installing new aftermarket parts on a car.... I got a 4-2-1 stainless header and 3" testpipe waiting installation.... I might just gut out my stock cat and run that until I get a 3" catback and await on the test pipe install.... I'm kinda leary of how a 3" testpipe will flow into the stock catback if u know what I mean |

Re: new toys
thanks driftking you build some pretty badass stuff yourself. It kind of sucks though doing it all at once....i want to drive this thing lol. I do admit i did get a little lazy. But now that i have the parts to make it move again, im getting the itch to drive it. And the weather isnt SCORCHING SUN hot anymore, so it will be nice to actually go out and work on it.
Here are some pics. I cant wait to see how my car handles. Im going to get new pads and lines and just have these rotors turned. Im going to clean the calipers up and either paint them gold with a blue nissan to match the front greddy kit, or just paint them solid black. I wish NISMO made some brake kits in solid black calipers with white nismo and the red "o". Those would be baller. ![]() ![]() these lug nuts still amaze me....it feels like your holding NOTHING.
