A few Issues(Fuel Related)

Its been a while since ive posted here and or had a problem with my awesome Blazer! I still love it. 1996 4door 4wd LS. Heres a pic.

So anyway, About 6 months ago we started having issues. 4WD wouldn't engage. I figured it was vacuum. Never had time to look into it. then 4 months ago the Blazer was dogging real sluggish at acceleration. Then just stopped starting . Needed a Fuel pump. had that replaced. Still sluggish. Ran codes again said I needed o2 sensors, not sure the exact codes. I replaced them all. Now sluggish at acceleration or when ever i step on the pedal. And latest as of maybe this past month Stalling. I have to put it in (N) if I gotta stop or when I take off it dies. and if i sit at a light it dies. My friend and I think it might be the fuel Filter. when the fuel pump went i replaced the rotor, cap, plugs and wires. could the plugs be bad from the bad o2 sensors keepin it rich or something. Please help. Oh and I changed the valve cover gaskets like 3wks ago. I was also leakin oil like it was an actual function. just leakin trans fluid now. but thats a whole other can of worms for another day.
