88 Bonney rough idle

I have a 88 Bonney with C code 3800. Replaced crank sensor, balancer cam sensor, MAF sensor, and TPS. Problem was extreme rich condition at all RPM and bad balancer. Runs relatively well but idle is uneven and acts like timing is off (somewhat sluggish). Any ideas?? Thanks!!

Re: 88 Bonney rough idle

check the ignition module or the coil packs. look for a misfire code. seen it a hundred times. quick check, take a test light and ground the ground end and poke through the plug wires at the coil pack to see if the engine runs differently, if it does, then that cylinder is firing and go to the next until u find the one that's misfiring, switch that coil pack with a used one to cut cost
