Angry Help!!!!!!!

I have a 98 cavalier and the dang lights are messed up. I have back up lights and brake lights, but I don't have daylight running lights, or low beams and only one high beam when I have the lights turned on. I also have turning signals... whats up!!!!! HELP!!!!!

Check fuses and for bulbs burned out.

after the above mentioned fuse and bulb check, I would be inclined to think it`s the old Cavy up front headlight wiring harness rearing it`s ugly head. If you pull back on switch as if changing from hi`to low beam ,do both headlights come on ?
