For the 3.2 it should be done at 100k miles along with the water pump and tensioner. You can go over though, its a non interferance fit engine so if it breaks it shouldnt hurt anything.

If you wheel or tow do it before 100k. If not any time after 100k. I'm going to have mine done at 120k.

Yes, the waterpump itself can wreak havoc before the actual timing belt.
Waterpump is behind the timing belt, so make sure you do all 3 items at minimum - timing belt, timbing belt tensioner, and waterpump! Also agree that if you tow or wheel, or live in a very hot climate and then return to a cold climate, have it done between 85-100k or so. If your truck is basically a city dweller, easy rider, 100-120k should be pretty good.

isn't there an age limit of 7 years (on timing belt) if you put on very few miles?
